PAYMENT POLICY

Payment Policy: If your team would like to play in this tournament please register using the Register Now button and choose the Pay Later option during registration to reserve your spot. Once you have completed registration contact Tim Espinoza at 928-287-5717. and provide a credit card to keep on file. If your team is a NO SHOW for this event your card will be charged the full amount on the day of the tournament. No Refunds will be given after the bracket is created with the exception of a "rain out" (see the Refund Policy during registration).

You may choose to pay a partial or full amount any time before the tournament online at the 9 Stars Sports website using your member login or your team may pay in full on the day of the tournament 30 minutes prior to your first game with cash, check, or credit card, payment may be paid to the USA AZ Tournament Director on site. Contact Tim Espinoza with further questions.

If you are mailing us a check as Entry Fee Payment please email bp9starsports@msn.com Bobby Pena to inform check has been mailed. Any check that is noted by the bank as Insufficient Funds or Returned Check will have a $25 returned check fee.

Event Awards:

1st Place - A paid birth to USA "E" Western Nationals Yuma, AZ

2nd Place - 1/2 paid birth to USA "E" Western Nationals in Yuma, AZ

NOTE: Must have at least 12 teams per divison to honor these awards.
