      Hello, my name is Bobby Pena. I am the owner of 9 STARS SPORTS, as well as, the acting USA Softball of Arizona Commissioner. My goal is to host quality events that provide young athletes competitive skill building opportunities during our camps and tournaments. Likewise, I provide recruitment opportunities through camps and showcases for the upper division athletes. I take pride in the work I do and staff I hire.     DREAM BALL ELITE All-Star Game

    Grad Years 2019-2023 ONE Game $95
    TWO Games $125

    Elite All-Star Games Date: 1/11/2019

    Entry Deadline: 1/8/2019

    NOTE: Players must be recommeded by your club coach in order to pariticipate in the All-Star Games.

    A Maximum of 60 players will participate in the Dream Ball Elite Prospect All-Star Games. Can take 12 pitchers and 12 catchers with the remaider of players being position players. For more information contact Bobby Pena at 623 329-3813 cell or bp9starssports@msn.com


    DREAM BALL ELITE PROSPECT ALL-STAR Recruitment Games for 2019 thru 2023 graduate years.

    All-Star Recruitment games will be coached by College Coaches, coaches will be in the dugout and may also be behind the backstop during the All-Star Games.

    We can take up to 60 Players, first 60 players registered online will secure a spot in this event. Last day to register is Tuesday January 8th. It is highly recommended to participate in two All-Star Games versus playing in one. If you have any questions please contact Bobby Pena-Event Director at 623 329-3813 cell.

    DREAM BALL ELITE PROSPECT ALL-STAR GAMES are for high school students expected to graduate in the years of 2019-2022.

    ALL-STAR GAMES Schedule Friday Night January 11th, 2019:

    • Check-In 4:30pm: At Rose Mofford Sports Complex (fields 5 & 6) Friday January 11th.
    • Warm-Up: Pre-game warm up starts at 4:50pm
    • Game Times: The first round of All-Star Games begins at 5:50pm and the second round of All-Star Games begin 15 minutes after the first game is completed.

    Required Equipment for Participants: Standard Girls Fast Pitch equipment, NOCSAE approved head gear, and standard Fast Pitch approved bats and cleats.

    Note: Players must wear their club team uniforms with jersey #.


    The Dream Ball Elite Prospect All-Star Games are coached by College Coaches who will be in the dugout and some College Coaches may be recruiting from behind the backstop.

    College Coaches will rotate fields half way between each game, they will rotate from field 5 to field 6 and from 6 to field 5. All-Star teams will stay on the same field, this gives each College Coach an opportunity to see every player and for every player to play in front of each College Coach.

    Game Format: Games will be played a full 7 innings with no time limit.

    All players in the line-up will bat. College Coaches will monitor all players playing time. Pitchers and Catchers will receive equal amount of innings played and defensive playing time all players will rotate in and out. Only three pitchers and three catchers maximum per All-Star Team with remaining players being position players.
