    Can pay full entry fee or Deposit Option: $150 non-refundable deposit. Balance due is Dec. 13, 2020. Your team is marked "Approved" and confirmed in when your team pays Full Entry Fee or paid Deposit.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    Team Insurance: We accept your Team Secondary Insurance. Bring copy of your Team Insurance Policy and turn in to the Site Director at the park you are playing. Can enter you Team Insurance informaton when you register for this tourament.

    Roster: Can have up to 20 players and five coaches on your Roster. Your team Roster can be uploaded when you register for this tournament.

    Other Fees: We have no additional hidden fees of any sort such annual membership fees.

    Stay to Pay: Our tournaments are NOT Stay to Play, teams can get your hotels anywhere you like. There is NO hotel buyout options with us.

    TOURNAMENT FORMAT: 5 Game Guarantee / 3 pool games + 2 game box bracket (there will be winners in each box bracket)

    EVENT RULES

    TOURNAMENT RULES!

    NEW PITCHING RULE FOR 2020: Pitchers back foot may start back or step back behind the pitching rubber during or before the pitchers windup.

    PITCHING RULE REGARDING LICKING FINGERS; Pitchers may not lick fingers while in or around the pitching circle. First time is no-pitch, thereafter is an automatic ball to the batter.

    BATTING LINEUP: May bat entire team for Pool Games and Bracket Games.

    COURTESY RUNNER RULE: If batting entire team, the Courtesy Runner will be the LAST COMPLETED AT BAT for the pitcher and or catcher only. If you have players that are on the lineup card and have not been in the game, these players must be used as Courtesy Runner.

    GAME LENGTH FOR THIS TOURNAMENT: For Saturday games due to cleaning the dugouts, all Pool Games will be 1hr. 20 min. finish the inning. Please wait 5 minutes before next team enters the dugout. All Box Bracket Games will be 1hr. 20min. finish the inning.

    GHOST BATS: The white, blue and gold Ghost bats may be used.

    COIN FLIP for Pool Games: Will decide home team

    NEW!..HIGH SEED WILL HAVE CHOICE OF HOME OR VISITOR DURING BRACKET PLAY: High seed will have choice of Home or Visitor. In the event botth teams are same seed then coin flip will decide Home or Visitor.

    DUGOUT: Team listed first will occupy 1B dugout. If a team tha is currently playing, that team will maintain that dugout.

    RUN RULE: 12 after 3 / 10 after 4 / 8 after 5

    NO HUDDLES: While on field of play. social distancing is in effect. HR, players in dugout area may not enter the field.

    BETWEEN INNINGS: 3 pitches. Catcher may throw down to 2nd base then bring back to pitcher. Do no enter cirle for huddles.

    TIME OUTS: Limiited to 30 seconds.

    NO JEWELRY: No jewelry on face, ears, eyebrows or anywhere that can be seen. No tape on jewelry.

    PROTEST FEE: $60 cash only before protest is heard, cash given to Site Director not umpire, Protestor wins, will be returned Protest Fee. Lose protest,forfeits $60. Clock runs during protest. UIC will help make final decision. on nature of the protest. Judgement calls are not protestable. ALL TEAMS MUST HAVE IN YOUR TEAM BINDER; A COPY OF ALL YOUR PLAYERS BIRTH CERTIFICATES, COPY OF YOUR WEEKEND ROSTER AND COPY OF YOUR TEAM INSURANCE.

    EJECTIONS: Adult ejected must leave the park immediatlely and may not enter the park for the next game. Player ejection is confined to the dudgout. Anyone ejected for the second time is eliminated from the tournament and park for the rest of the tournament.

    NO SMOKING, NO ALCOHOL, NO SWEARING.

    Standard USA Fast Pitch Rules apply with slight modification. Printed rules on this tournament page for this event will be in effect.

     
    TOY DRIVE DONATIONS

    Thank you for registering for our Toy Drive Tournament. This is our 16th annual Toy Drive event, as in the years past we ask each player from each team to please bring a new unwrapped toy and give it to your tournament director at your respecitve complex. This is a great Tournament for teams to participate in and like in the past we have collected 800-1200 toys each year to give to various charity groups around the valley. I can tell you it is needed and truly appreciated. The smile you give to a child from your donation is heart warming to witness.
