Q: What is 9 Stars Sports?

A: 9 Stars Stars Sports is a family run organization that was started by the vision of Bobby Pena to make quality girls Fast Pitch Softball Events. To find out more information on our organization click here to be taken to our About Us page.

Q: How do I sign my team up for a tournament, showcase, or other event?

A: If you have not yet registered an account with us, you must first register for an account. You can sign up for an account by clicking on the Member Login button on the top right hand corner of the web page. There you will be asked to sign in or create an account. You will be asked for your team name and information such as team insurance. Once you have created/signed in to your member account you can click the Register Now button on your member home page. There you will be taken to a list of Camps/Clinics and Tournaments that you can register for. Click on the Register Now button next to the event you would ike to register for and you will be taken to a category page to choose the age division of your team and click Next. You will then be taken to the team information page, if you have not created a team or you need to add a new team to your member account, choose the check mark option (My team is not listed below) and click next. If you have previously created a team for another registration event, choose the select a season drop down box (2016-2017), then choose the event you have previously signed up for, and finally choose the select a team drop down box and selct your team, then click next. You will then be asked to fill out the team information and insurance information, click next. The next page is waiver information that you must read and check mark, then you will be asked to review the information you put in and if you chose the pay now option, asked to pay (if you chose the pay later option you will be sent to the receipt page). A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you signed up with.

Q: What is the difference between the pay later and pay now options when registering for an event?

A: The pay later option is used as a way for teams or individuals who want to play in an event or register for a camp but are not ready to pay the full amount up front. If you would like a spot to be held for your team or player, by choosing the Pay Later option, you are able to put down a deposit which will ensure a spot be held for you (see the individual event for the deposit amount). You are not guaranteed a spot until you have paid a deposit or paid the balance in full. When you register for an event, your balance for the event will remain on your account until paid. You can choose to pay at anytime up to the end of the registration period using the Pay Now button near the balance on your member account; you will be asked to pay by credit card (Visa or MC only) at that time or you may mail in a check. The information on where to send your check will be sent to you on the registration confirmation email. If you choose the pay now option when registering, you will be asked for your credit card information in order to complete the registration.

A: Click HERE for information on how to get insurance for your team. There are several Softball Girls Fast Pitch Team Insurance Programs and these programs are offered thru Specialty Risk Insurance LLC.

Q: Where do I find out information or a schedule of upcoming events?

A: There are several ways to find out information on our upcoming events, you can use the top navigation bar follow the Tournaments, Showcases, or Camps/Clinics pages drop downs to see the events listed and information on each event. Or, you can click on the Tournament, Showcases, Camps/Clinics buttons from the home page where from there you will be sent to a schedule of events. There you can click on the event you would like to find out more information on and register for that event using the Register Now button on the information of the event you are interested in.

Q: My team is playing in a tournament this weekend, how do I find out scheduling times and scores?

A: Every weekend that an event is running we keep our 9 Stars Sports Twitter Feed up-to-date with information and scores on each game played. You can also see a schedule and bracket for each division on that events specific page by clicking the Schedule's and Scores link on the left hand side of the information page, or you can navigate to the individual divisions schedules and brackets using the drop down navigation pages from the navigation bar on the top of the screen. When you click on the Schedule's and Scores page you will find information on the locations of the divisions and you can open each division separately to see that divisions Pool information, Schedule, and Bracket as well as up-to-date information on scores throughout the day. You can also download and print off the Coaches Packet for your teams division to bring with you to the field.
